- Certain advance payment should be made to confirm the booking, on confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid either upon arrival or before the departure.
- The advance payment can be made through online transaction to the below given account number or to the given link.
- In the event of cancellation of tour or travel services due any avoidable or unavoidable reasons we must be notified through mail.Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in mail and cancellation charge would be as follows, Â Â Â Â 1. 45 days prior to arrival: 10%of the tour/service cost. Â Â Â Â 2. 15 days prior to arrival:25% of the tour/service cost. Â Â Â Â 3. 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost. Â Â Â Â 4. 48 hours prior to arrival: No refund.
- We don't have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents sickness, loss due to theft or any other reason.
- We will not be able responsible for any costs arising out of unforseen circumstances like land slides, road blocks, bad weather etc.
- All itinararies are sample itinararies intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. It may change depending on numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical ability of the participants.
